Questions, answered
How does a Charms bracelet work?
You start with a stainless steel Italian link bracelet, then click individual charms onto the links by hand. No tools and no soldering. Charms can be swapped, moved or taken off whenever you want, so the bracelet changes as you do.
How many charms fit on one bracelet?
A standard Charms bracelet holds around 18 links. Most people build with 10 to 18 charms and leave a few plain links for balance. The bracelet is sized by removing or adding links, so it fits any wrist.
What are Charms made of?
Stainless steel, the same across the bracelets, the charms and the watches, in a silver, gold, rose gold or black finish. It is made for daily wear, including at work, at the gym and on holiday.
What do I get free when I build a bracelet?
Three things, as your order grows. At 10 charms the bracelet is free. At 15 charms a mystery box of five extra charms is added. At 25 charms you choose a free Charms watch. The bar at the bottom of the page keeps count as you go.
What is in a mystery box?
A random mix of charms across silver, gold and rose gold, in the same stainless steel as the rest of the range, with the tool needed to attach them. Boxes come in 5, 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 charms.
Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?
Every order is packed and sent from our own warehouse in The Hague, in the Netherlands. Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Inside Europe delivery takes 1 to 3 business days, and 3 to 4 business days elsewhere.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free to every country, with no minimum order value. Every order is tracked, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse.
Can I return it, and is there a warranty?
You have 30 days to return your order, and returns go back to the same Dutch address it shipped from. Every piece carries a 1 year warranty.
Do Charms fit other Italian link bracelets?
Yes. Charms use the standard 9mm Italian link format, so they fit any Italian style link bracelet you already own, and bracelets from other brands in that format fit Charms too.
